God: No Mistake

God: No Mistake
by David Brenneman

It's a most grievous thing to watch, read or hear of those who've blatantly turned their backs on God’s plan and purpose for their lives.  Those that decide that He doesn't exist so they can choose to redesign themselves into some other image than the life He wanted for them.

We live in a world where it's legislatively protected concerning what amounts to the mutilation of the human body to change what a person is from one gender to another.  Oh the sad, rude awakening these people will find on that day they die and find their bodies turned right back to what God had ordained.  Oh the rage they will display at Jesus for undoing what they did to themselves. When, on that day that my God says is coming, when all men and women will stand before Jesus to give an account of their lives.  Those in Christ will be with Him, those who rejected, to a future in torment in the Lake of Fire.  Denying God in this life is a person's option. Denying God in the afterlife, is impossible.

My Dear Reader, it doesn't matter what the world tells you, you were fearfully and wonderfully made by the God of this Universe to be in a loving, wholesome, vibrant, relationship with Jesus Christ.

Someone once said that everyone's theology is corrected upon dying.  That one second after death, everyone will know more about truth than they ever thought possible.  Truth about themselves and about Jesus in that very first moment after dying.  Truth about how whatever filled that person with joy, anger, rage, peace, love, desire, and all the other emotions of this life...and just what was really important.

For the saved, Scripture says that their life is hidden in Christ Jesus.  "Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth. For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God.  When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory." Colossians 3:1-4.

Our world does not define what is true.  Our world's Creator, God, the Lord Jesus Christ, defines what truth is because He IS Truth.

When we focus on worldly things, emotions, feelings, rather than the truth of God in Christ, we are losing out on living life.  Our thoughts, feelings and emotions, can and will often shipwreck your life.  Getting the last word. Getting what we want out of life rather than thinking about life in the way the Spirit directs us and teaches us.

Oh the pain of watching people rage against God.  It actually makes me nauseous.  Physically ill.  To see the blatant, knowing, disregard for the truth of God.

It doesn't matter what anyone thinks of themselves...when that person stands before Jesus, what they were born as, will be what stands before Jesus.

"For this reason also God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth,  and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." Philippians 2:9-11.

To be "supportive" of people living or choosing to do these things to their bodies is to deny the will of God as well.

Christians aren't supposed to create stumbling blocks to others nor are they to embrace worldviews that are in direct opposition to the Word of God.  We aren't to do such things for the sake of the conscience of those who would observe us.  I do not want to be the reason someone believes a lie and doesn't find their way to Jesus by supporting them in a deception.

Satan comes to lie, cheat, steal and destroy.  He starts with the human body in the womb.  Abortion is so rampant because he wants to destroy what God values the most.  Should a person be born, he wants to pervert, twist and change whatever God has in mind for them into something else.  Destruction of the person isn't off the table if denial of Christ Jesus reaches the point of no return.

Nobody born has ever been a mistake.
Nobody started in the womb has ever been a mistake.

Unplanned, possibly, but all life originates with Jesus.  All human beings in every single second of human history were who Jesus came and died for.

You, my Dear Reader, are precious in the sight of God!  You!

Jesus can't love you any less nor any more than He does right now.  He jumped up to take your place, to die for the sins you committed.

Oh the futility of raging against God.  Jesus describes Hell as a place of weeping and the gnashing of teeth.  People who died without salvation in Christ Jesus will either wake up in Hell crying because they knew and still refused or will rage at God because they knew and hated Him because He was right.  Because His truth was really true.

There's futility in raging against God in this world as well.  All who ever have...have lost.

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life.  Perhaps the most famous passage next to the 23rd Psalm.   But read what Jesus said to Nicodemus after that in John 3.

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.  He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil. For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God.” John 3:16-21.

Before us all is truth and life, or falsehood and death.  It's upon every single person who ever lived or will live.

At the name of Jesus Christ, every single person will kneel, will bow, and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

There are no exceptions.   Every single tyrant, president, vice president, King, Queen, Pharaoh, Governor, school teacher, mechanic, cook, stock clerk, gas station attendant, manufacturing assembler, student, mother, daughter, sister, brother, father, uncle, aunt...everyone who has ever lived will bow and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.

Jesus loves you as you are, where you are.  His love for you was what kept Him on the cross.  You do not need to change your body to become something else.

God didn't make a mistake.

Come and see how deep the Father’s love for you was.  Accept the invitation to take the free gift of salvation and know the love God in Christ Jesus for you.
