Choice

What God begins will be completed.

Consider that.  Think about it.  Now.

Now realize, in both the believer and the non-believer Jesus has indeed began something.  An Introduction.  A presenting  of an offering of a relationship.

A choice is bestowed...been placed upon...everyone.  A choice that, depending on the recipient, determines where they will spend eternity.

But that choice comes with even greater dynamics.  For the believer choices from that day forward are weighed between the choice to do or do not, have or have not, and to abstain from...based on prayer.

The unbelievers choices are grounded in one aspect...at what point will they become believers?  There's divine wisdom in this because God already knows who will and who will not accept the free gift.  If a life seems to have been taken early by our standards it's quite possible that God already knew their answer.  No life is taken by accident.  At no point in human history has God ever said He wasn't looking and didn't expect something to happen.

Our choice at the moment God's got our attention determines the theme of the rest.  If a believer makes bad choices...they will be addressed and or corrected.  We are no longer our own after coming to Christ.  We are His workmanship.  Therefore we are at the mercy of our God.  God will either bring about the necessary changes to put someone back on the right path or He will remove such a one in order to protect His Name. God takes a dim view on those who tarnish His Name.

So know this, after Jesus arose from the dead, and was seated at the right hand of the Father.  Choice came to you and I.

He never gave multiple choice.  There is no other name under Heaven by which we must be saved.

We cannot save ourselves.  Our 'good' in this life is worthless.  Means nothing.

So realize the choice in front of you.
If you are not following Christ, trust me, He has been giving you plenty of indications that He's there waiting for you.
Every man will be without excuse.
It's time now to run to Christ.

If you are a believer who isn't living it. Christ is still waiting for your return to obedience.

Consider the Choice in your life today.
