Limited time offer

Your life is the sum of the responses you have made toward God. Once God makes Himself known to you, what you do next is your decision. Your reaction reflects what you believe about Him. - Henry Blackaby

Stop and consider what motivates you.
Why do you do the things you do?
"I don't know" isn't the right answer.

Scripture says that every man does what is right in their own eyes.

We all do.  Everyone from the live for the moment crowd to those struggling through the day make hundreds of decisions a day.

Go left not right, go right not left.
Say yes and not no. Say no when you should have said yes. Saying something when you should have said nothing.

Choices.

That's at the crux of everything you do.
It's exactly what became of Christ rising from the dead. Choice was now before mankind.  Choice to choose life in Jesus or death apart from Him.

There's no middle ground.

As a story goes...
A man lived a decent life here on Earth and one day had died. He didn't choose Jesus and didn't choose Satan either.   He found himself in a place where there was a white fence.  He decided to go sit on the fence.
As time went by he saw people appearing on both sides of the fence.  Then a day came when he saw Jesus take everyone from one side and Satan took all who were on the other.  He was left alone on the fence.
Then he sees Satan looking around and sees him on the fence.  "Oh there you are, come with me." He says.
"Oh hey! Wait a minute! I didn't choose you and I didn't choose him either!"
Satan replied "Yes you did. I own the fence."
Jesus says that those who are not with Him are against Him.  Think about that.
Luke 11:23 "He who is not with me is against me; and he who does not gather with Me scatters."

There is no middle ground.  There is no living your own way.  Either you live for Jesus or you live for yourself.  Any who live for Jesus are in the light, all others are in darkness.

Jesus is your only hope out of the darkness.  He is the only way to Heaven. The only way to the Father.

In Christ we become adopted heirs to the Throne of God. Adoption carries a greater authority than you think.  It cannot be broken.

Don't put off deciding on who you live for today.  There's freedom in Christ.  You no longer feel the weight of the world on your shoulders.  Your circumstances may not change completely but you will soon realize that Jesus is with you.  You get a new name in Christ,  you get your name written in the Lamb's book of life.  The most important book in the universe.

Satan will do anything and everything to try to convince everyone that either they don't need Jesus or that they can live without Him.  If you have had those thoughts, now you know WHY you had those thoughts.  Consider that before you go out into today.  IS that your thought about Jesus? IS IT?  Be honest with yourself.

You are not guaranteed a today let alone a tomorrow.  KNOW.

The choice to choose Life in Christ is yours only while you are alive.

The choice to choose Jesus will expire at some point because the Father said that there will be a time set to end that offer.

Look back through this blog for the Romans Road.  Get off the fence.
